Data Entry Specialist / Personal Assistant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist / Personal Assistant to support personal and administrative tasks for the employer and their spouse.

In Short

• Full-Time position with work hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Salary of $1,000 per month.
• 2-3 years of experience required in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Acumatica software and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Familiarity with Shopify is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Responsibilities include organizing inboxes, scheduling appointments, and managing data.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues independently.
• Capable of adapting to changing tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Acumatica software is required.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting).
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize accordingly.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
• Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
