Senior Underwriter (Bridging Loans) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Bridging Underwriter will be responsible for managing unregulated Bridging/Buy-To-Let applications from underwriting through to drawdown in line with lending policies, TCF principles and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in a senior underwriting position.
• Experience in bridging refurbishment and development finance.
• Detailed understanding of mortgage industry regulations.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and achieve targets.
• Strong computer literacy.
