Overview

In Short

• Coordinate day-to-day implementation of cross-site evaluation activities.
• Manage participant recruitment and engagement across multiple sites.
• Oversee informed consent processes and ensure compliance with IRB protocols.
• Support development and tracking of IRB materials and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule qualitative and mixed-methods data collection activities.
• Maintain organized project management systems for tracking progress.
• Collaborate with evaluation teams to implement data collection protocols.
• Ensure accurate and secure data management practices.
• Assist in preparation and management of study materials.
• Facilitate communication with CDC staff and project partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in research coordination.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience managing participant recruitment and informed consent processes.
• Proven experience coordinating large-scale public health evaluations.
• Familiarity with opioid prevention and harm reduction initiatives.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and electronic data management.
• Ability to obtain a government clearance.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
