• Full-time Associate Therapist licensed in New York.
• Work with a diverse client base.
• Focus on providing impactful care without administrative burdens.
• Receive clinically supervised client hours towards independent licensure.
• Conduct client sessions using video, audio, and live messaging services.
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 hours of clinical engagement.
• Attend regular meetings with a Clinical Supervisor and Team Lead.
• Obtain additional professional licensure as needed.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
• Respond to client messages in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Current license to practice under supervision in New York (LMSW).
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy.
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology.
• Reliable internet connection and video-capable device.
