Senior/Lead Facebook Media Buyer (iGaming) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Facebook Media Buyer ready to lead the direction in the iGaming vertical. We work with Tier 1–3 geo, have direct offers, a prepared team (design, analytics), and a budget for scaling. Your area of responsibility includes strategy, launch, optimization, and team management.

In Short

• Launch and scale Facebook campaigns for iGaming offers
• Create and test new connections
• Analyze connection performance and optimize based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS)
• Interact with affiliate managers, set up postbacks and tracking
• Build account structures: warming, farming, anti-ban
• Form and manage a team of buyers (or mentor juniors)
• Propose new approaches to arbitration in iGaming: geo, models, formats

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Facebook media buying, with at least 2 years in iGaming
• Successful launch and scaling of campaigns in Tier 1–3 markets
• Experience managing advertising budgets of $200K+ per month
• Practical understanding of anti-ban, farming, warming, working with BM
• Ability to work with trackers (Keitaro / Voluum / RedTrack), analytics, splits
• Team player, analytical, proactive
