The Freelance Global Outplacement Coach will provide effective career development and job search consulting to participants, focusing on individual and group coaching.

In Short

100% remote, 1099 contract role.
Haitian Creole speaking skills required.
Establish rapport and motivate participants to achieve goals.
Guide participants through the coaching process.
Advise on career development and transition issues.
Coach on resume writing and interviewing techniques.
Document service delivery records in the Career Management System.
Deliver transition-related programs as directed.
Must have expertise in virtual coaching delivery.
Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

3-5 years of business experience.
Expertise in Career Development and related fields.
High-speed internet connection and reliable audio/video setup.
Comfortable using video conferencing and messaging tools.
Strong empathy and sensitivity to emotional reactions.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
