• Lead and execute the period-end close process for a group of assigned clients
• Analyze store P&L information for variances or irregularities
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and troubleshoot account issues
• Prepare initial/draft financial statements and management reports
• Communicate with clients to obtain missing information and resolve questions
• Coach, train, and support Staff Accountants and new team members
• Provide exceptional customer service to client personnel and internal team

Requirements

• Strong accounting skills
• Experience in the restaurant industry preferred
