Overview

The Finance Project Controls Specialist is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and reporting integrity throughout project lifecycles, maintaining budgets, and managing contract compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or project management.
• 4-8 years’ experience in a similar role.
• An MBA is a plus.
• Previous business partnering or data center experience is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of finance operations and job costing.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
