SAP Public Cloud MM Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Public Cloud MM Consultant to join our AMS team. The consultant will be responsible for providing ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement and Materials Management solutions for our clients.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain Management modules.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, resolving incidents and service requests.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Implement system enhancements and configuration changes based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes.
• Manage change requests from gathering requirements to testing and deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of the SAP system.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and support activities.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions.
• Previous experience in supply chain processes and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP certification in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
