UX Writer / Content Designer - Remote

In Short

• 5–8 years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or similar role in digital products (fintech experience a plus, but not required).
• A portfolio showcasing clear, human, and user-first copy—with examples of simplifying complex topics.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user psychology.
• Ability to balance clarity, trust, and wit in tone—knowing when to be playful, and when to be serious.
• Experience working with design systems and content guidelines.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and iterative environments.
• Curiosity about personal finance, investing, and technology.

Requirements

• Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for app interfaces, flows, and components.
• Define user journeys and optimise user experience.
• Translate jargon-heavy investment concepts into approachable language.
• Ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand voice.
• Collaborate with product designers, researchers, and engineers.
• Use data and research to validate copy effectiveness.
• Build a content style guide that scales across teams.
• Support junior writers or cross-functional teammates.
