In Short

• The Payment Product Manager leads the strategy and roadmap for a key area of our payment banking product.
• Focus on the Merchant & Account Funding product area.
• Develop scalable, high-impact solutions within our payment platform.
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and financial providers.
• Enhance merchant experience and payment adoption.
• Introduce new payment methods for online and in-store transactions.
• Launch innovative value-added services for merchants.
• Work directly with industrial and financial providers outside Swan.
• Own the payment product roadmap.
• Adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management or relevant operations/technical account management experience in Fintech/neo-banking.
• Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to become a subject matter expert.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for technology and product development.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in international teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Empathetic, skilled, and able to challenge each other constructively.
