As part of Sutherland's Internal Referral Program, employees are encouraged to refer Swedish-speaking candidates for consultant roles, with the potential to earn a referral bonus.

Requirements

• Must be a Sutherland employee to refer.
• Referrals should speak Swedish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Eligible to work in Bulgaria.
• Join Sutherland on a permanent employment contract.
• Complete a 6-month probation period.
• Referral must be submitted before application completion.
• Previous applicants must have six months of inactivity.
