In Short

  • Conduct resume review calls with clients to deliver personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Communicate and coordinate with the writing and interviewing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Manage all client communications, including updates, confirmations, and follow-ups across email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from new client leads and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Deliver empathetic, solutions-focused support while sharing best practices to maximize client success.

Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written).
  • Experience as a Career Success Advisor or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with resume formats and strong knowledge of ATS tools and workflows.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like CRMs, email, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially with writing and interviewing teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
  • Mature and responsible attitude.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
