Overview

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Business Finance Manager (BPO) to join our global finance team, serving as a key financial partner to operations leadership and driving data-backed decisions to enhance business performance across our BPO operations.

• Prepare and manage monthly financial forecasts and variance analysis.
• Analyze revenue and cost drivers linked to financial outcomes.
• Develop financial models for operational and workforce decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A in a BPO environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect KPIs to financial performance.
• Deep understanding of call center metrics.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills to present data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with tight timelines.
