Overview

The Sui Foundation is dedicated to supporting the development and adoption of the Sui network, a Layer 1 blockchain designed to enable unique Web3 experiences. The Developer Relations team engages with developers to provide guidance and foster a community around Sui.

In Short

• Work with the developer community to support Web3 application development on Sui.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to developers.
• Create a feedback loop between developers and the Sui protocol.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for developers.
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives.
• Utilize strong communication skills to engage the community.
• Possess a deep understanding of the Sui ecosystem and developer tooling.
• Experience with Move or Rust is a plus.
• Enjoy high-impact, complex, and multi-disciplinary programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Engineering or DevRel Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in Web3 and developer markets.
• Based in Europe, preferably near a strong developer base.
• Experience in developer-facing roles is a plus.
