Overview

The Housing and Neighbourhoods Lead will oversee the delivery of high-quality housing services to Council tenants, ensuring compliance with legislation and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior housing or public services roles.
  • CIH Level 5 qualification in Housing or equivalent.
  • Training or experience in leadership and management.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead teams through change.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
