• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
• Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and local networking opportunities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of candidates’ qualifications and experience to ensure a high standard of placements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and present suitable candidates quickly and effectively.
• Stay updated on the local job market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in Oman.
• Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews with clients, providing guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a rewarding experience for both parties.
• Provide regular updates to the Substance team on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the local hiring landscape in Oman.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in recruitment or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
