Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Storm8, developer of many successful mobile games, including the very popular Property Brothers Home Design and Home Design Makeover, is now looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to help us level up—as we further expand our portfolio of games, and continue to add exciting new features to keep our players engaged and entertained!

In Short

• Identifies project goals and presents multiple realistic solutions.
• Creates clear and detailed wireframes for feature specifications.
• Collaborates with team members for design solutions.
• Works through user flows and solves interactivity challenges.
• Mocks up screens and adjusts based on feedback.
• Creates UI icons and assets within the game style.
• Implements UI assets and animations in Unity.
• Playtests to ensure quality and fix bugs.
• Strives for pixel-perfect implementation.
• Creates intuitive UX designs and promotes improvement of UI/UX systems.

Requirements

• BA degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in game development.
• Solid knowledge in UX, art, graphic design, and motion graphics.
• Strong proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Unity.
• Compelling UI/UX portfolio showcasing proficiency in all stages of development.
• Ability to scope, set project deadlines, and deliver on time.
• Skilled in presenting ideas clearly and coherently.
• Ability to create appealing and intuitive UI styles.
• Extreme attention to detail.
