Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing cybersecurity programs, ideally for multiple organizations. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong program management skills and deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks.

• Lead and manage the development and implementation of cybersecurity programs for multiple customers.
• Work closely with customers to assess their cybersecurity needs and develop strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity frameworks like NIST CSF and ISO 27001.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with cybersecurity frameworks.
• Collaborate with customers to conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Manage the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness training programs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships.
• Stay current on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation to customers.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cybersecurity program development.
• Strong understanding of the practical application of cybersecurity frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
