Staycation is the app that lets people easily escape their daily routines with unique, 24-hour getaways or short experiences at the best hotels nearby. Since launching in 2017, Staycation has redefined the hotel experience by transforming hotels into curated experiences and connecting them with a vibrant local community. Today, Staycation means:

In Short

• 3.5 million users (with an average age of 30)
• 2,000+ partner hotels (4-5 stars and luxury destinations)
• Experiences rated an average of 9.3/10 by our users
• Full remote position open to candidates based in France
• Design end-to-end solutions for the Staycation product ecosystem
• Champion user perspectives and implement design best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers and Product Managers
• Conduct user research to define personas and understand user needs
• Help grow the design culture and ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Be part of a team passionate about reimagining hospitality experiences

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Product Design
• Proficient in Figma and experience with design systems
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong attention to detail and high standards in design
• Deep knowledge of User Research processes
• Fluent in French
• Collaborative mindset and preference for co-creating solutions
