Stay Awesome is a young, motivated company from the hospitality industry, founded in 2021 in Kassel. With a team of over 20 employees, we take over and operate hotels that we renovate and manage sustainably.

In Short

• Support in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
• Assistance in budget planning and forecasts
• Analysis and optimization of cost structures
• Support in controlling and liquidity planning
• Participation in projects for the digitalization of our financial processes
• Preparation of presentations and financial analyses for management

Requirements

• You are studying with a focus on business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field (mandatory internship preferred)
• Interest in financial processes, controlling, and budget planning
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ideally experience with financial software
• Analytical skills and a structured, careful working style
• Initiative and enjoyment in shaping financial processes
• Good analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Team player mentality with a hands-on attitude.
• Very good German language skills.
