Finance Intern - Remote

Overview

The purpose of this role is to assist in the accurate recording, categorization, and reconciliation of financial transactions to support the company’s cash flow and revenue tracking processes.

In Short

• Assist in recording and categorizing financial transactions.
• Work closely with the Finance Team, particularly the Order to Cash (OTC) team.
• Support the transition of financial records into Oracle Netsuite.
• Issue sales invoice requests from the Customer Service team.
• Ensure accurate recording of marketplace collections in cash flow reports.
• Set up credit notes for canceled/returned orders.
• Assist in reconciling marketplace collections.
• Record Official Receipts and service invoices in Oracle Netsuite.
• Provide feedback and support within the Finance Team.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
