Overview

The Peer to Peer Fundraising Specialist is responsible for coaching, training, and supporting volunteers to effectively engage in peer-to-peer fundraising on behalf of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned volunteers.
• Coach and support volunteers on fundraising efforts.
• Partner with volunteer organizers to develop strategies.
• Execute outreach strategies to grow fundraising events.
• Manage a high volume of events and inquiries.
• Ensure effective communication with volunteers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and run reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams for feedback.
• Demonstrate understanding of the Foundation’s mission.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Understanding of fundraising and volunteer exposure.
• Engaging and comfortable on the phone.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills for long-term relationships.
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Mature and professional work habits.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
