Overview

The Sr Manager, Digital Technology Solutions serves as a strategic liaison between clinical practices, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of digital health technologies.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Network’s product catalog.
• Engage with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand pain points.
• Translate clinical and business needs into scalable business requirements.
• Analyze the current digital landscape and define future-state technology solutions.
• Conduct targeted market scans and vendor research.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for new product recommendations.
• Initiate and serve as a link between vendor, practice, and internal partners.
• Update and maintain the product catalog for the region.
• Provide training and documentation to promote awareness of solutions.
• Travel up to 25% required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and vendor ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience conducting market research and vendor assessments.
• Familiarity with security and compliance considerations in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred experience in oncology or multi-site healthcare networks.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital product lifecycle management.
