Account Manager (Turkish and English Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients using the company's logistics services are satisfied and achieve their desired outcomes, acting as a bridge between clients and the company's operations.

In Short

• Client onboarding and training to understand logistics needs.
• Conduct regular meetings to review account performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts.
• Ensure contracts and SLAs are up-to-date.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience in the 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, Retail industry is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business.
• Exposure to global customers and international markets is desirable.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
