Founders Associate Intern - Remote

Overview

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will support the development of our partner network, optimize our top-funnel sales processes, and work closely with our CEO. You will take independent responsibility for projects, establish new partnerships, and shape how contacts will be exchanged in Europe in the future.

In Short

• Build Partnerships: Responsible for expanding our partner network with agencies and IT service providers.
• Drive Top of Funnel: Qualify and process inbound and outbound leads, create documents, and participate in customer calls.
• Optimize Growth: Expand our inbound channels and optimize our onboarding.
• Improve Onboarding: Make it easier for our customers to use our services.
• Scale Processes: Automate our processes (with and without AI) so we can focus on what really matters.
• Work with the Founder: Collaborate closely and communicate daily with our founder.

Requirements

• Go-Getter Attitude: Eager to build something new and not afraid to take on responsibility.
• Bilingual Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Problem Solver: Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Sales Affinity: Interest or initial experience in B2B-SaaS, partnerships, or business development is a plus.
• Self-Starter: Thrives in uncertain situations and can work independently in a remote environment.
