Join our team of language enthusiasts! At Sprachschule Schneider AG, we not only train learners but also future language trainers. We are looking for an experienced instructor who can teach aspiring teachers the basics of language instruction in a practical and well-founded manner, staying up to date with modern adult education.

In Short

• Conduct courses for aspiring language teachers
• Teach fundamental didactic and methodological competencies for language instruction
• Introduce the specifics of adult education in languages
• Provide practical exercises, feedback, and support to participants
• Contribute to and further develop our training program

Requirements

• Several years of successful teaching experience in language instruction for adults or a comparable position
• Completed higher education training in adult education (e.g., SVEB 2, Cambridge DELTA or comparable)
• Very good knowledge of current trends and movements in language didactics and adult education
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and practically training beginners
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with people
