Spotware Systems Ltd is looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team and help manage and grow our online presence.

• Oversee execution and scheduling of social media content.
• Ensure brand consistency and quality control of content.
• Coordinate content creation with designers and copywriters.
• Manage influencer collaborations and scheduling.
• Issue and track design/video content requests.
• Monitor social media trends and report on performance.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in social media operations or content coordination.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience managing regional social media accounts is a plus.
• AI utilization in work processes is advantageous.
