Project Manager, Global Editorial - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Editorial team, supporting the operations, execution, and continuous evolution of our genre and culture-focused editorial programming.

In Short

• Lead and deliver strategic editorial initiatives that support Spotify’s global music priorities.
• Shape and activate cross-market editorial strategies across key genres.
• Guide and support Global Curation Groups, aligning on strategy.
• Translate strategic vision into actionable project plans.
• Design and implement scalable editorial frameworks and workflows.
• Champion editorial standard processes and strategic approaches.
• Facilitate global alignment through structured communication and workshops.
• Track and report on program success using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Review and refine editorial guidelines for clarity and consistency.
• Develop onboarding materials and training resources for editorial teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in the music, media, or digital content space.
• Strong enthusiasm for partnering with editors and scaling their work.
• Highly organized and strategic with exceptional partner management skills.
• Data-literate and comfortable with analytics tools.
• High level of intercultural awareness and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advocate for equity, inclusion, and representation in music.
• Self-starter, flexible in fast-changing environments.
• Fluent in project management tools.
