Sr. Technical Product Manager, Personalization - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Technical Product Manager driving our Personalization strategy, you’ll lead in shaping how creators discover and connect with the sounds and tools they need.

In Short

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search & Personalization.
• Partner closely with engineering and data science teams.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
• Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with design to create intuitive user experiences.
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
• Analyze experiment results and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI/ML-driven personalization products.
• Deep understanding of search technologies and personalization algorithms.
• Proven track record with data-informed decisions.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Experience delivering products end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
