Reliability and Cost Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Reliability and Cost Analyst will support SpiderSilk’s operational intelligence function to ensure robust platform reliability, efficient infrastructure, and actionable financial visibility.

In Short

• Own and track infrastructure reliability metrics (uptime, data integrity, alerting accuracy).
• Build and maintain monitoring frameworks and dashboards to detect and report on system performance and incidents.
• Conduct incident analysis, lead post-incident reviews, and collaborate with technical teams on continuous improvement.
• Ensure systems meet defined SLAs and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure spending (COGS), explaining fluctuations and identifying cost drivers.
• Design, build, and operate dashboards linking cost and performance, delivering ongoing financial insight.
• Work with Finance and DevOps to ensure cost efficiency and traceability of infrastructure usage.
• Enable real-time visibility into margins at customer and product levels.
• Develop and maintain KPIs that integrate technical performance and financial outcomes.
• Deliver margin and risk insights regularly to executive leadership.
