Junior Product Manager (Ecommerce) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Product Manager to support the delivery and optimisation of digital experiences at Space NK. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our omni-channel platforms including e-commerce, mobile, and in-store technologies ensuring they align with both business goals and customer needs.

In Short

• Assist in defining and prioritising product features, enhancements, and roadmap initiatives.
• Analyse customer behaviour, business metrics, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Support day-to-day product operations including Jira issue creation, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, retrospectives, and QA coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product requirements and help remove blockers.
• Assist in managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Commercial, CRM and Category teams.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and customer feedback sessions to validate ideas and iterate on solutions.
• Prepare detailed feature documentation and report on release progress and testing outcomes.

• A confident self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
• Comfortable working across technical domains, with the ability to understand data and how systems connect and interact.
• Positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred: Experience in a product-related role or within the beauty, retail, or e-commerce/app industries (internships welcome).
• Preferred: Knowledge of product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
