Overview

Our client is seeking a talented Java Developer (Spanish bilingual) to help translate their site to Spanish, combining innovation with the power of technology. This is a long-term, open-ended contract.

In Short

Work on cutting-edge tech with Java, React, TypeScript, and Spring.
Collaborate in a supportive Agile/Scrum environment.
Translating and enhancing an existing site into Spanish.
Writing clean, scalable code using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript.
Designing, implementing, and maintaining REST APIs in a microservices architecture.
Building and supporting CI/CD pipelines in containerized environments.
Practicing paired programming, test-driven development, and participating in daily standups.
Troubleshooting and solving complex software issues to enhance system performance.

Requirements

Fluency in English and Spanish.
Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, React, TypeScript, and related technologies.
Experience with REST APIs, database design, and testing frameworks like JUnit.
A collaborative mindset and experience in Agile/Scrum or Extreme Programming (XP) teams.
