Requirements

• Doctor of Business Degree.
• 5+ years of online teaching experience with doctoral students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing competency-based courses.
• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
• Experience with learning management systems (Canvas preferred).
• Prior experience in a competency-based education program.
• Professional leadership experience.
• Experience with dissertation students.
