Overview

We are looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in landscaping or civil construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in quantity takeoffs, a solid understanding of landscaping plans, and proficiency with Bluebeam Revu software. You will play a crucial role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for various landscaping projects.

In Short

• Work from Home
• Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM Manila Time
• Following Australian Holidays
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from landscaping and civil construction plans
• Build comprehensive bills of quantities using estimating software
• Collaborate with the Senior Estimator
• Prepare and send email requests for quotations
• Organize and maintain records of all estimates
• Provide feedback on estimating processes
• Work independently in a remote setting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator
• Strong understanding of landscaping construction methods
• Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu software
• Experience with estimating software
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Ability to work independently
