PKI Engineer – Cybersecurity - Remote

Overview

The PKI Engineer will work within the Cyber Division, contributing to the implementation and operation of public key infrastructure (PKI), hardware security modules (HSM), and key management systems (KMS). This role involves providing operational support, managing implementations, and ensuring compliance with security standards.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in PKI, KMS, or HSM.
• Knowledge of cryptography and data security standards.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and PKI infrastructure.
• Understanding of encryption practices and key management.
• Experience with HSM administration (Thales, Entrust preferred).
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications in HSM and KMS are a plus.
• Ability to articulate progress and issues with attention to detail.
