Network Security Engineer - Cybersecurity - Remote

Overview

As a Network Security Engineer within the Cyber Division at Sopra Steria, you will work on various missions to support the development of our activities, focusing on security infrastructure.

In Short

• Engage in BUILD / RUN on security network infrastructures (Firewall, proxy, etc.)
• Manage the maintenance of security equipment
• Automate security processes on equipment
• Handle N2 / N3 incidents
• Act as a technical reference for clients
• May require on-call duties and out-of-hours work

Requirements

• Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Excellent knowledge of firewalls and cybersecurity principles
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Curious and passionate about cybersecurity
• Team player with autonomy
• Experience in BUILD and RUN on firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.)
• Practical experience in IT and Cloud networks
• Familiarity with supervision tools
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible
