Requirements

• Strong interest in team management and leadership.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification.
• Proficiency in automation frameworks and languages.
• Experience in requirements management and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of agile principles.
• Ability to motivate teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust with stakeholders.
• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Over 6 years of experience in system qualification and management in banking/payment sectors.
• Fluency in English for international assignments.
