In Short

• Participate in the formalization of process, methods, and tool evolution needs.
• Provide operational support to users in their daily activities.
• Detect, report, and follow up on the resolution of anomalies/bugs.
• Train users on the tool.
• Support acceptance of the solution through UAT testing.
• Propose and evolve methodologies and training documentation.
• Formalize and share knowledge among deployment actors.
• Engage in various projects based on your motivations.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to support a major industrial client.
• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of engineering, configuration management, and manufacturing business processes.
• Experience with Teamcenter is essential.
• Organized, rigorous, proactive, and a team player.
• Minimum Bac +3 education or equivalent.
• Significant experience in PLM, engineering processes, and document management.
