The Orchard is a leading full-service music distribution company operating in 48 markets worldwide and servicing top global independent artists and labels. As a paid part-time employee, you’ll serve as a key advocate for the artists we distribute, promoting them through a mix of digital and in-person marketing across your campus and college town.

In Short

• Promote 10–20 artists each month through digital and in-person marketing.
• Collaborate with student organizations and local businesses.
• Lead listening events and organize campus activations.
• Create social media content supporting our artists.
• Research and attend local events for artist promotion.
• Submit detailed reports on marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a 4-year university in Philadelphia.
• Passion for music and understanding of music marketing.
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
• Availability of 20 hours per week.
• Excellent communication skills.
