Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented individuals interested in a remote Booking Coordinator role supporting clients with travel planning and reservations. This position focuses on coordinating bookings, organizing travel details, and helping ensure a smooth experience for clients from start to finish.

• Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences
• Assist with organizing customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
• Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm availability and details
• Provide clear, timely updates to clients regarding their reservations
• Assist clients with travel documentation and protection options
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
• Support ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat bookings

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Authorized to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, European Union, or Australia
