The Military Training and Education Analyst supports the evaluation of military training courses and occupational roles, assessing for alignment with college-level learning outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in evaluation or curriculum analysis.
• Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience with military training documents preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems.
• Understanding of academic frameworks like Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
