In Short
Manual testing of complex web-applications;
Create, review and maintain test documentation (TestRail);
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure compatibility across different devices;
Identify usability issues and suggest UI/UX improvements;
API testing;
Participate in the development and support of the automation test platform;
Communication with BA, PO, Account/Setup managers, internal development teams regarding requirements clarifications and quality expectations;
Defect reporting: report and re-test defects according to generally accepted best practices and internal policies;
QA internal knowledge base updating;
Research and develop new QA technologies and tools;
Requirements
4+ years experience as QA Manual engineer (mostly in web projects);
Russian language (native/close to native speaker);
English level close to C1 - C2;
Organize and optimize QA work with TestRail: test strategy, test cases, and test executions;
Create and maintain appropriate QA documentation;
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, making informed decisions without constant supervision;
Measure quality of product with appropriate QA metrics and indicators;
Collaborate with other teams - product, infrastructure, and business;
Experience with developer tools for investigating browser problems;
Experience in cross-browser / cross-platform testing;
Experience in creating and maintaining test documentation (check-lists, test cases, etc.);
Experience in working with management/tracking systems (we use Gitlab, Jira);
Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying them;
Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban;
Experience in API testing (HTTP/WS) and related tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger);
Knowing of HTTP principles;
Understanding of the client-server model;
Strong attention to detail while being able to multitask;
Prior to working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
Good troubleshooting skills;
Good analytical skills, responsibility, self-organization, attentiveness, and good learning skills;
