Digital Graphic Designer (Paid Social / Meta & TikTok) - Remote

We’re now looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who lives and breathes Meta & TikTok ads. This is a performance-first role focused on creating, iterating, and scaling high-converting paid social creatives for fast-growing D2C brands.

This role is not brand design-focused. You’ll spend most of your time creating ads designed to sell.

In Short

• Creating Meta & TikTok paid social ads (static, motion, and UGC-style edits)
• Developing scroll-stopping hooks and first-3-second frames
• Designing performance-led statics, carousels, and short-form video ads
• Producing UGC-style creatives using creator footage, subtitles, overlays, and CTAs
• Generating multiple creative iterations per concept (hooks, formats, angles, messaging)
• High-volume ad variations to support creative testing and scaling

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital graphic design
• Experience with Meta and TikTok advertising
• Ability to create high-converting ads
• Familiarity with performance marketing principles
