Overview

The Open Source Intelligence Analyst at SMI Aware is responsible for creating reports utilizing proprietary software and web-based tools to analyze social media and other online content.

In Short

Conduct searches on social media and search engines.
Filter results and write analytical summaries.
Utilize advanced understanding of open-source intelligence.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Know how to perform Boolean searches.
Meet project timelines reliably.
Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
Must have reliable high-speed internet.
Availability for alternative shifts.
