Senior Manager, Global Consolidation & ERP Transformation - Remote

Overview

A high-impact role leading the multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation process and driving ERP transformation initiatives within a growing healthcare platform.

In Short

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX control frameworks.
• Drive ERP transformation initiatives across Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
• Partner with various teams to enhance workflows and reporting capabilities.
• Integrate newly acquired entities into the ERP framework.
• Train global finance teams on ERP systems and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better accuracy and visibility.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in accounting, finance, or systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidation principles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion and NetSuite.
• CPA preferred; Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthcare companies preferred.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
