Overview

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial analysis and valuation support, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and assisting with due diligence processes.

In Short

• Review client profit & loss statements and normalize earnings.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements.
• Ability to analyze P&Ls and perform EBITDA calculations.
• Comfortable working in Excel.
• Detail-oriented and dependable.
• Willingness to learn M&A concepts through training.
• Stable internet connection with backup power.
• Computer with at least core i5 or equivalent.
