SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that develops international tech businesses. We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our partner company TENTENS Tech, which focuses on streaming and social discovery platforms.

In Short

• Collaborate with marketing teams to generate visual creatives.
• Create promotional materials for product marketing.
• Work closely with marketing to improve existing creatives.
• Test new tools and create project templates.
• Analyze competitors' advertising materials.
• Perform analytics on creatives and build hypotheses.
• Commercial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator required.
• Ability to work with components and libraries in Figma.
• Strong communication skills and time management abilities.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience preferred.
• Practical knowledge of design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to create templates in Figma.
• Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.
• High creativity and ability to generate user-oriented ideas.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Self-management and time estimation skills.
• Ability to defend opinions and make decisions independently.
