Overview

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced Legal Marketing Manager to support the firm's overall marketing and business development efforts. This role involves managing marketing projects and team members, overseeing events and campaigns, and ensuring compliance with marketing regulations.

In Short

• Supervising marketing coordinators on specific projects and initiatives.
• Overseeing planning and execution of in-person events and virtual webinars.
• Managing the firm's customer relationship database (CRM) to track contacts and marketing efforts.
• Drafting and proofreading internal and external newsletters to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and assist in the development of promotional materials.
• Reviewing and enforcing marketing compliance policies to ensure all materials align with internal and external regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred).
• 5-10 years of marketing experience in a legal/law firm setting; Big Law experience preferred.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Impeccable proofreading and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with graphic design.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Ability to travel to our San Diego office monthly.
