In Short

• Project Supervisors are responsible for one or more areas on a specific project/program.
• Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership.
• Supervise and lead a team or functional activities daily.
• Provide support to key duties of the Project Manager / Project Engineer.
• Mentor team members in professional development.
• Responsible for performance management of team members.
• Complete and deliver annual performance reviews for assigned staff.
• Adapt management to changing conditions.
• Work with Project Engineer to set priorities for a team.
• Assist in reviewing function/project procedures, specifications, and standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in the Electric Utility Industry required.
• Identified leadership skills and strong technical knowledge.
• Ability to develop plans and organize work.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team.
• Basic financial management skills.
• Willing and able to travel as needed.
• Dependable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Able to pass a background check/drug test.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
